Thanks to his generous gifts, embracing the unexpected and promoting

Adilet Imambekov       
Assistant Prof. Imambekov joined the Rice faculty in 2009 after serving
two years as a postdoctoral researcher at Yale. His research focused on
creating analytical tools that will help physicists define the motions of
atomic particles in confined geometries.
   
John Margrave Prof. of Chemistry; Dr. Margrave sustained a dynamic and highly
productive research program and his knowledge and understaning
of physical and inorganic chemistry dazzled generations of students.
